1. Do I need to be registered to make a purchase?
You can also place an order using guest checkout without saving your personal information.
2. What does an account allow me to do?
You will be able to get faster checkouts and manage your orders.
3. I have forgotten my password. Whan can I do?
When you are about to log in to your account, you must click “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?”. Then, you will just need to check the email in your account and follow the steps.
4. What is the status of my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business day, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and leaves our warehouse. You can always refer to the «My orders» section in your account to consult their status.
5. Where is my order?
You can track it with your order number on their website.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it is not possible to change or cancel an order. However, you can contact us within two hours after it’s placed and we will do our best to accommodate any changes needed before it is ready to be shipped.
7. What’s your return policy?
We ask you to cover the return shipping cost, which varies depending on
your country and will be deducted from your refunded amount. Refer to Returns & Exchanges to see all conditions.
8. How and when will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund back to your original payment method within 48 - 72 hours after your return is accepted in our warehouse. We will send you an email to confirm when it does.
